What if the shoe does not fit?
We encourage you to confirm your shoe size using the size chart attached under each of our products. In case the shoe does not fit, No problem!
Kindly ship the product back to us at your cost and we will send you another size.
We would be happy to exchange the product for a size that fits you; provided we have the raw materials to remake the same style shoe.  Incase, we are unable to replace the same style, you can purchase another shoe of the same value. 

All purchases on SALE & DISCOUNTED  items are final and no exchange of size or style can be made. 

How long do I have to exchange a product?

We do not accept returns on goods once purchased, except in the case of:

  1. Wrong order delivered
  2. Damaged goods

Kindly email us on for the reason of exchange of the shoe.  We need to be informed of the exchange request with 48 hours of receiving the shoe. All  exchange requests post that will no be honoured. Once your exchange request has been approved, you can ship the shoes to us and we can exchange the shoe for another shoe.

When will I receive the replacement?

Once we receive your exchange piece, and it clears our quality checks, we dispatch the new pair within 5 days, depending on the availability. We keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available, if we don’t have your replacement size in stock, we will make a new pair for you, and so it could take between 14-21 days to ship. 
In the event we are unable to make your order, we will offer you a gift card of the same value, which you can use to make a purchase from our website within a year.

What are the return and exchange parameters?

(a) The shoes should be returned in an unused condition in the original packaging. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

(b) All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear, to avoid damages to the sole.

(c) Where provided, any dust bags or accessories should be included with your return.

(d) Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

(e) All custom made orders are non-returnable. 

(f) In case of any return/exchange or alteration, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

What if I receive a faulty/damaged product?

In the event the shoes delivered to you are damaged or faulty, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Kindly email us on or WhatsApp us on +91 98332 40425. If you would like to exchange a faulty/damaged item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.  In the event we are unable to replace the product, we will offer you a gift card of the same value (valid for 1 year). Where possible, we will offer to repair/replace the damaged shoes at no additional cost and shall deliver the same within 14-21 days of receiving the request for return. This will ot be honoured for any product that is on sale or discounted. 

Shoes that are purchased on SALE cannot be exchanged or returned.
All sales are final!
